Martin Ford and Simon Theobald were appointed Joint and Several Voluntary Administrators of the
Company on 2 July 2023 pursuant to Section 436A(1) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (the Act).
The Administrators prepared a report to creditors notifying of their appointment and to provide information about the voluntary administration of the Company and their rights as a creditor.
