Stephen Longley and Craig Crosbie were appointed as Joint and Several Voluntary Administrators of Dixon Advisory & Superannuation Services Pty Ltd on 19 January 2022, pursuant to Section 436A of the Corporations Act.

A copy of the Administrators' Report to Creditors dated 29 November 2022 can be found in the documents below.
At the adjourned second meeting of the Company’s creditors held on 16 December 2022, creditors of the Company resolved that the Company execute a DOCA. The DOCA was executed on the same day, and lodged with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission shortly thereafter.
Key timeline and next steps
The Deed Administrators are currently undertaking a number of important tasks which are required to be conducted in order to progress and finalise the deed administration, including preparing for the distribution to creditors.
These tasks are complex, and likely to be time consuming. Accordingly, we do not expect to be in a position to make a distribution to the creditors of the Company until the first half of 2024.
Prior to the declaration and payment of any distribution, the Deed Administrators will undertake a formal proof of debt process. As part of this process, the Deed Administrators will liaise with the creditors to explain the proof of debt process and provide detailed instructions on how to submit a claim against the Company for distribution purposes.
Creditors should note that, at this juncture, they are not required to take any action.
We appreciate you may still have a number of queries relating to the administration. The Deed Administrators have prepared a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document in relation to the DOCA. A copy of the DOCA FAQ document dated 7 June 2023 can be found in the documents below.
